Notice of AGM 2025
NALDIC’s Annual General Meeting will be held during our 33rd Annual Conference at the following time and location:
Saturday, 22nd November 2025 | 13:00 – 13:30
Locations: Cloth Hall Court, University of Leeds, Quebec St, Leeds | Online, via Zoom
The AGM is open to all NALDIC members: you do not need to attend conference to attend the AGM.
AGENDA
The proposed agenda is as follows:
- Apologies
- Minutes of the AGM 2024
- Annual report to members from the NALDIC Executive
- Approval of Annual Accounts & Examiner’s Report
- NALDIC’s future priorities and direction
- Election or re-election of Trustees
- Any other business
Items for inclusion in the agenda or motions to be put to the AGM should be sent to Nandhaka Pieris (NALDIC
Secretary) via the NALDIC Office by Sunday, 16th November 2025.
