NALDIC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by posting the changes online. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

You may access, view and print copies of the content as long as you comply with the following conditions:

Membership refunds & cancellations
The membership year runs for 12 months from the point your payment is processed. You can cancel your membership for a full refund in the first 14 days of any membership year.
If you pay by Direct Debit, your annual membership will be renewed automatically. We will send out a reminder email 3 weeks before the end of your membership year.
Changes to membership type (i.e. Institutional, Concessionary, Individual or Associate) can be made at the point of renewal. Please contact us at least two weeks before your next renewal date if you wish to make such a change.
National Conference (2021)
If you are unable to attend the Conference, you must advise the Administrator (email@example.com) as soon as possible, who will allocate your place to the next person on the waiting list. Your booking is in your name and cannot be transferred by you.
If you cancel your booking before 31st October 2021, your fee will be refundable. Refunds will not be made until after the date of the Conference.
If you cancel between 1st November and 14th November 2021, half of your fee will be refundable, except that if we are able to reallocate your place, the refund provisions in 2 above will apply.
If you cancel after 14th November 2021, your fee will not be refundable, except that if we are able to reallocate your place, the refund provisions in 2 above will apply.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
