Your use of this website means you accept these terms and conditions from the date of your first use. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction and inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, the transmission of obscene or offensive material or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.
Modification of the terms and conditions
NALDIC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by posting the changes online. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

You may access, view and print copies of the content as long as you comply with the following conditions:

Content accuracy
Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of content, no responsibility can be taken for any error or omission; anything deemed inaccurate can be brought to NALDIC’s attention by emailing enquiries@naldic.org.uk
Membership refunds & cancellations
The membership year runs for 12 months from the point your payment is processed. You can cancel your membership for a full refund in the first 14 days of any membership year.
If you pay by Direct Debit, your annual membership will be renewed automatically. We will send out a reminder email 3 weeks before the end of your membership year.
Changes to membership type (i.e. Institutional, Concessionary, Individual or Associate) can be made at the point of renewal. Please contact us at least two weeks before your next renewal date if you wish to make such a change.
If you have outstanding membership fees due to NALDIC, we reserve the right to suspend your membership and all membership benefits. And non-renewals will be cancelled 30 days after the original renewal date. For more about how long we keep your data please read our Privacy Policy.
National Conference (2023)
Cancellation by you
For cancellations, please send your written notice to office@naldic.org.uk.
- Received on or before Friday 4 October 2023: 50% refund
- Received on or after Saturday 5 October 2023: No refund
We do not provide refunds for delegates who fail to attend the conference or for missed bookings due to any circumstances, including travel disruptions.
Changes and Cancellation by NALDIC
NALDIC reserves the right to modify or cancel the NALDIC 31 Conference. Minor changes such as alterations to the programme or event timings will not significantly impact your conference experience.
In case of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, like force majeure, leading to cancellation or significant changes, we will fully refund all registration fees. However, NALDIC disclaims any further liability. We will not cover costs related to any travel or accommodation arrangements made for attending the conference.
Payment Terms
Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment prior to the conference.
We accept credit/debit card payments and invoice/bank transfer payments with a strict 14-day payment term.
If payment is not made at the time of booking, it should be made within 14 days of registration or before 4 November 2023, whichever comes first.
For bookings made after 4 November 2023, immediate payment is required at the time of registration using a valid credit/debit card.
Delegates who fail to complete payment by the due date may be denied entry. Unpaid invoices after the due date will be subjected to the standard full payment charge, payable within 14 days.
By submitting your order, you enter into a legally binding contract and are obligated to pay all applicable fees related to your booking.
Delegate Substitutions
Changes to delegate information can be accommodated without additional charges at any time by emailing office@naldic.org.uk.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Registration
Certain areas of our website are available to you only if you are a member. Please enter you membership details as required.
