This session will focus on the fact that all leaders – from heads of year to headteachers – have a shared responsibility for transforming our schools into inclusive spaces in which EAL / multilingual learners can thrive. We will explore how EAL specialists can collaborate with school leaders to create an inclusive multilingual ecosystem. Jacob will be share a leadership framework he recently published in the book ‘Diversity and Inclusion Challenges for Leaders of International Schools’.
