Description
Welcome to the second edition of NALDIC Quarterly, our new quarterly member publication. The theme of this edition is ICT and EAL learning and it builds on the success of our recent conference ‘Not just how but why: EAL and ICT in the multilingual classroom’.
Following our regular View from the Chair, we include an article by our conference keynote speaker Dr Rupert Wegerif. In his article, Rupert describes a series of research studies that provide evidence for the value of using computers as a support for oracy and considers the educational implications of this for EAL learners.
